Her goal is to help digital retailers thrive in e-commerce. Rooted in faith, she believes in hard work, strategy, learning, consistency, and grace. Her Momentum Method helps entrepreneurs avoid burnout and build legacy brands.

Dr. Christos Etoka O. Etoka is a pioneering mind engineer, transformational educator, and the visionary founder of the Xrislid Institute of Mind Engineering, the world’s first institution solely dedicated to mind engineering and re-engineering, with headquarters in Abuja and a campus in Benin City, Nigeria.
He holds a Master’s in Social Psychology, honorary doctorate in Pedagogy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Developmental Psychology at the University of Queensland, Australia. Driven by the belief that the mind is the cradle of all human possibility, Dr. Christos equips individuals to rewire their cognitive patterns and design a higher version of themselves from within.
He is the author of several transformative books including The Mind Makes the Man, The Journey Within, His writings form the intellectual bedrock of the Mind Engineering discipline and continue to shape thought leaders across generations.
In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Christos received the British Psychological Society’s President’s Award for Distinguished Contributions to Psychological Knowledge, and was named Man of the Year in Human Capacity Development (2023/2024).
